3 – 5 years experience working within the .NET framework

Tools such as MVC, SILVERLIGHT, LINQ and WCF will be of great interest

Internet Agency Experience is a HUGE PLUS

Ambitious and Driven

Good communication skills so you can work closely with your team to get things done

Work on multiple projects at any one time

Give consistent deadline expectations

Strong English language skills
